His heavy hand closed on the back of his lieutenant's neck. Over the silken fall of his gold-bright hair, the grip firm enough to feel the searing heat of the other man's skin against his palm.

He turned the other man's face toward him, so that the point of his tongue could flick a hot stripe bisecting the other man's mouth before he leaned closer still, cementing his grip with a sharp-toothed and savage kiss.

Savagery is in contrast to the order that Mairon chooses to project in his existence, and yet that savagery in his master stokes the fire of Mairon's fea like oil to a furnace. Fingernails like claws shoot up from his tools to grip at the front of Melkor's robes, and searing hot lips open up to be consumed.

Well, for a moment at least.

When the opportunity in Melkor's aggressive kiss presents itself, Mairon manages to speak, not putting more than a millimeter of distance between their lips and keeping nose to nose, face to face.
